Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the entrance for wheelchair users is located at Plein 1992. All rooms in the building are wheelchair accessible.

Are baby changing facilities available?
Centre Céramique has two baby changing facilities. The first is located in the Stadshal. The basement lavatories also have baby changing facilities, one in the men’s room and one in the ladies’ room.

I am not a library member. Can I still use your facilities?
Yes, everyone can use the library, browse through the collection and access free facilities. We offer free Internet access. Just accept the terms and conditions and you will be able to use our free Wi-Fi CC.
If you become a member you can also borrow library items and use our computers and copying/printing facilities. A BASIC membership is available for only € 3.00 per year. -
Can I use my own laptop in Centre Céramique?
Yes, you can use your own laptop. In order to connect to our (free) Wi-Fi network, your laptop must have wireless Internet access.

Can I print and make (colour) photocopies?
Yes, although you will need a library card in order to make (colour) copies and prints. A coin-operated black-and-white copier is located on the 4th floor. A BASIC membership is available for only € 3.00 per year.

How do I save my documents?
You can only save documents on a USB stick that you bring from home. Tip: you can also email documents to yourself as an attachment.

Does Centre Céramique have word processors?
Centre Céramique has several (Internet-ready) computers with free Wi-Fi access, word processing programs (Office 2007), database access and paid printing.
