Renting a music room to rehearse
If you would you like to rehearse alone, you can do this in our music rooms with a music card. A music card entitles you to reserve a rehearsal room online at your convenience.
Do you still have a physical music card?
This will remain valid until 1 January 2027. You do not need to buy a new music card, but you do have to reserve a rehearsal room online. Click ‘I already have a music card to book a room directly’ below.
You may only use the room for independent music study. Teaching or taking classes is not allowed.
If you do not want to buy a music card but want to rent a room on a one-off basis, click this link and choose your desired room. After completing the process to place your order, you will automatically see the direct checkout option.
You need a music card to rent a rehearsal room.
- Buy your music card online by selecting the option ‘I don’t have a music card yet but would like to buy one’.
- You will receive a digital card (account) you can use to log in and book your rehearsal hours.
- Book your space by clicking ‘I already have a music card’. Each time you book one hour, one session will automatically be deducted from your card. Your booking isn’t final until you receive a booking confirmation.
- Report to the reception desk in the basement on the day of your booking. If the reception desk is unmanned, you can go to the public service office desk in the main lobby on the ground floor.
- Show your booking confirmation to gain access to the rehearsal room. Report back to the desk after your rehearsal.
